		<description><![CDATA[Espen, I&#039;d not heard that one, but it captures the spirit here perfectly.  When you chose one side, you are rejecting the other side = winners and losers.  With some of these situations, it helps to remind the parties that there is only one stock ticker symbol (assuming a public company) so, to your old saw, it may cost &#039;me&#039; money, but it will save the enterprise money (or release some source of value).  An implication, therefore, may be some kind of adjustment to IT funding to &#039;relieve&#039; any unfair inbalance of cost introduced by the Principle.]]></description>
